The
conference will have a vendor display area that will
accommodate twenty 6 x 10 tables and will be open all during
the conference from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The area will be open
to all conference attendees and guests.
With the intent of making this
year’s conference a success, we are seeking the support of
local businesses and community organizations to enhance the
conference experience for our participants.
EACH VENDOR
WILL RECEIVE:

A table approximately 6 x 10 skirted
table
o
Set-up may begin set-up on Saturday
morning at 9:00am.
o
An electrical outlet will be available
for your display area upon request.
o
Two Complimentary Conference Registration
o
Name badges for vendor participants
o
Vendor Table Identification Sign

Acknowledgement in Conference Programs
o
Company/Organization’s information listed
on the website.
o
Free Parking during the conference
Another opportunity for vendors to receive
recognition is to provide conference bags inserts so
conference participants can learn more about your business.
In addition, venders are encouraged to donate items for a
traditional "door-prize" raffle held during the end of the
conference. Past door prizes have included PDA’s, vendor
shirts, software, training materials, coffee mugs, etc.
The vendor registration fee is $200.00 -
Payment must be received by February 1, 2009.
