Greetings All!!
I
began working at UNC Charlotte in May 2008. In my
role as the
Director of Fraternity & Sorority life, I oversee all the social fraternity and
sorority chapters at the University in conjunction with the Assistant Dean
of Students. I am very proud of the over 1,200 Greek students and 25
chapters we have at UNC Charlotte and our Greek community is poised for
amazing achievements!
I
am originally from Long Island, NY. I pursued my undergraduate degree at
the University of Delaware where I received my BS in Parks and Recreational
Administration with a concentration in Programming and Leadership. At UD, I
became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and fell in love with higher
education and Greek Life. After graduation, I went directly to graduate
school at North Carolina State University where I worked as a Graduate
Assistant in the NC State Department of Greek Life. I earned my Masters of
Education in Higher Education Administration in 2005.
For
the last three years I served as the Assistant Director for Fraternity and
Sorority Life at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA before joining the
Dean of Students staff at UNC Charlotte. Currently, I sit on the board of
directors for the Association of Fraternity Advisors Foundation and the
National Black Greek Leadership Conference.
I
enjoy working with the amazing Dean of Students staff that is committed to
engaging and enhancing the lives of the Niner Nation students!
Go Greek! Go Niners!!!
